My favorite TED talk is the one where Simon Sinek talks about "How Great Leaders Inspire Action". This video is a good video because it tells me that some people do things just for money and fame (like he mentioned the man in one of the examples), but, they aren't doing it for a reason, they don't have a reason why they are doing it, so, they would most probably just fail and won't achieve what they wanted and won't get and fame and money. But, on the other side, if you work with all your effort just to change the world and help those around you, you need to have a reason why you are doing it (not for fame/money but for helping others) just like the Wright Brothers did! Due to the Wright Brothers' hard work and dedication they got great results and the other man got nothing.
